About Us
The Villa Moderne Motel is a family owned and operated Motel in Charlevoix, Michigan that is open year round. Our 12 clean, spacious rooms have all been updated and are equipped with air conditioning, flat screen televisions, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers and wireless internet.
Our motel is located within walking distance to downtown, beaches, and several restaurants and is approximately 2 miles from Castle Farms. We offer seasonal weekly rates from November to May and discounts for artists, wedding groups, AAA, AARP and Beaver Island visitors.
We do accept pets with an extra fee.
Seasonal Rates:
January - March : $50-$100 per night
March - May: $60-$120 per night
June - August : $100-$200 per night
September- December : $60 - $150 per night
